As part of Olympic and Paralympic Week, the Lycée Français Léon l'Africain in Casablanca organized a meeting on 30 January from 16:00 to 18:00, with Ms Nawal El Moutawakel, Olympic champion and IOC Vice-President, Ms Marie-Cécile, Head of the Regional Economic Service of the French Embassy in Morocco and wife of the French Ambassador to Morocco. This meeting allowed an debate around the values of Olympism.

On Friday, February 2, in the continuity of January 30, the film "La Couleur de la Victoire" was screened in front of 460 students in the presence of Mr. Luc Dayan, producer of the film and Mr. David Azoulay, investor. A debate around the film gave rise to many questions about the film and its hero: Jesse Owens four-time Olympic medalist in Berlin in 1936. A very successful initiative from the school management and the whole pedagogical team.
